Päätin vaihtaa suomeen ja jatkaa päivittämistä Mian inspiroimana! Viimesen 7kk aikana oon rypeny itsesäälissä ja sydänsuruissa, tavannut uusia ihania ihmisiä, käynyt liikaa tavastian lauantaidiskossa, vetänyt muutamat täysin tarpeettomat överit, kattonut aivan liikaa erinäisiä tv-ohjelmia, alottanut uuden työn ja käynyt paljon keikoilla. lady don't you fall backwards

long time, no see! i finally got around to fix the lay-out, but it still doesn't look even slightly how i want it to. but when i have more time on my hands, i'll try and make it look a bit better!

today is officially the first day of autumn, and i'm actually quite happy about it. i love curling in warm and big clothes and listening to melancholy music while it rains outside. which reminds me, i need to get myself an umbrella! i had three just a while ago, but now i have none? where have they all gone?! ugh! a warm cardigan and woollen tights are also on my to-have list.

the perfect day

these are from last friday, when the sun was up and i had the best day in a long time!




those shoes are secondhand, and they only cost 2 euros! i'm usually bad at finding anything from second hand shops, so i'm quite happy about this find!

this night has opened my eyes

i've been pretty down for the last few days, so i haven't really done anything blog worthy, but today i decided to dress up a bit, because i was going to my dad's to eat. i also got to see my INCREDIBLY CUTE little sister again, i always miss her when i'm away. she's almost two years old, and she's just learning to speak, so she's basically like a parrot, and it's so cute. i feel so much love for her, aww.

may day

i'm just leaving for work, and in the evening i'll go to celebrate may day (called 'vappu' in finland) which originally meant labour day, but nowadays it's just another excuse for the finns to get extremely pissed. you should see what it's like today on the streets, it's ridiculous. or then again, you probably shouldn't see it, it's not that impressive. but what i like about may day, is the fact that i'll get to dress up all summer-y and use my graduation hat (this is the only day of the year, basically, when people don't look funnily at you when walking down the streets with it on). and plus, this year the weather is absolutely beautiful, so why not go out, and celebrate a little?

I've been sick for the past few days, hence also extremely bored, so I went through all the fall&winter 2009 rtw shows I hadn't yet seen, and I decided to post some of my favourites here.
